To ensure the eligibility for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and must include the original packaging. We only provide returns and refunds if the item has quality issues.
Quality Issues Return and Refund
If your item is found to have a quality issue upon receipt, we will provide a return and refund service, and we will cover all related return and exchange shipping costs. We take full responsibility for any defects caused by production or materials.
Quality issues include, but are not limited to:
- Damaged, broken, or defective items
- Incorrect items (such as incorrect size, material, style, etc.)
If you receive an item with a quality issue, please contact us promptly, and we will provide a return and refund service, covering all return shipping costs.
Custom Product Return and Exchange Policy
Custom products (such as rings with sizes larger than 9 US or smaller than 3 US, custom stone types or sizes, ring style adjustments, customer-requested engraving, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged once the order is placed and production begins. Please ensure all details are confirmed before placing your order.
Order Cancellation Policy
Custom products can be canceled free of charge within 48 hours after placing the order. After 48 hours, once the order enters production, cancellations will no longer be accepted. Please double-check your custom requirements before placing your order to ensure everything is accurate.
